Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, all coffee and tea sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience a product quality issue upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the issue, when applicable.

Made-to-Order Merchandise
Because merchandise is produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

If a merchandise item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery for lost packages), and we will assist with a replacement or resolution. Please include your order number and photos of the issue, when applicable.
