At Y’Knot Coffee Co., every order is prepared and fulfilled with care.

Coffee & Tea Orders
Coffee and tea orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier but generally range from 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Made-to-Order Merchandise
Made-to-order merchandise typically requires 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order includes coffee, tea, and merchandise, items may ship separately and may arrive at different times.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more (before taxes, where applicable). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, holidays, weather events, or high order volume may occasionally affect delivery times.

Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible if processing has already begun.
