Profile: A full-bodied black tea with high astringency and low sweetness, blended with organic cloves, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, star anise, and organic cinnamon and cardamom flavors.

How to Enjoy It: Traditionally served with milk and sugar, or enjoy it on its own for a bold, invigorating cup.

Brewing Instructions: Steep 2.5 g in 12 oz of water at 195°F for 5–7 minutes.
